Once again another bad delivery. Food arrived well over the estimated time. Driver pulls my food off the back floor of the car... because his car is full of people. Pizza is beyond cold and the 2l liter of soda (that sat atop the pizza the entire ride)smashed the top of the pizza and in turn was no longer cold. But "it's alright the pizza still taste good ". To end it all thedriver asked me to sign the slip and "ya know any tip you wanna put would be good too " Used to be my favorite pizza but it'sjust gone downhill. Won't order here anymore. Read more
Customer service is poor, delivery drivers always seem to get lost and orders come delivered incomplete. This used to be my... favorite place to order from, especially on a day before a grocery order, 15 minutes before class starts and I'm starving! Iordered a Large pizza with eggplant for the 1 topping and 8 piece wings with 2 litter Gingerale. I was daydreaming about howgood everything was gonna be during class. Food was delivered cold and without the 2 litter soda. I won't order from this placeagain. I highly DO NOT recommend this place for deliveries. The girl who I spoke to used her personal cell phone because thebusiness won't buy newer phones that you can actually hear people over the phone more clearly and still my order came out messedup. Don't waste your money. Unless you don't mind receiving cold food and having to heat up the so called freshly made food,and receiving less then what you ordered...than sure spend you whole check! I should have read the reviews before I ordered but I looked at the high prices and thought they had to be good. I ordered a... simple philly steak with mayo ketchup and mustard had none of thee above. The sub came extra soggy and has no taste at all. I was very skeptical about ordering from here but boy let me tell you how much I was wrong. I get light sauce well done sounds... easy but 9/10 get it wrong. This place did it. On top of that their dough is out of this world. It has a hint of sour dough butif you don’t know dough you’ll be never able to tell. When it comes to customer service, they took my order nonchalant butwhen it came to delivering,-perfect. Also when it came to “delivery” (literally) I missed 4 call and realized after 30mins,they came back. Nevertheless, disregard the negative reviews. This is 110% place to order pizza. I’m surprised they’re notas known because they’re way better than all the pizzerias in RI. Trust me I ate all and this is it. Never will I get pizzafrom anywhere else when I come to RI. Read more
