Was going to rate service a 2 but when an employee who was close by having her lunch overheard us talking about our order mix... up, she got up, came over and took care of things for us. I wish everyone working in retail or food services was like her. Inthis day and age I am surprised when someone does something like this. So thankyou to this wonderful lady. Read more
On the self serve kiosks it said they were out of almost everything but when we talked to the cashier they had everything still... but were reserving it for in person orders. It would have been nice to have signs on the kiosks explaining that because wealmost left before we overheard someone else ordering. They don?t have public restrooms and did not have any hand sanitizer inthe restaurant. Read more

Was surprised was out of a large selection of bagels. Only 1 plain bagel left, and several cinnamon raison, not my favorite. ... Was there in the in the morning at 10:30AM. Not very clean. The service was lacking experience but helpful. Read more
