We had a Groupon to this resturant and high expectations seeing as how it's in a hopping spot. The food here was not good at... all. I had chicken parm and the sauce tastes like it was from a can which ruined my pasta altogether. The chicken was OK. Myfiance got steak frites cooked medium. It came out well done and it smelt awful. I believe our waitress was fairly new but theservice was lacking even taking that into consideration. Read more
6 of us went for the last night of Al Fresco Dinning. Waitress was great. We had to send 2 of our drinks back because they... tasted watered down. Multiple dinners had no flavor and when some guy came out and sprinkled cheese on some of our dinners,half the cheese one all over the table. First time at this restaurant and will never come back and will highly recommend peoplenot to go to it. Food was extremely disappointing and not anywhere near worth what they ask for it. Read more
The steak and frittes weren't fresh at all, and they add a 20% tip automatically on two people with Groupon, never seen that!... Definitely not coming back, this place is dead empty at any given time, that's gotta mean something! Read more
What a disappointment! First - it was the hottest day of the year and there was no air conditioning. Could have told us that... when we made the reservation. Food was mediocre and I did not finish my bolognese over pasta - very bland. My wife said thelasagna was average and would not get it again. It appeared the restaurant was understaffed. Great local restaurant on Federal Hill awesome patio, great staff. Great specials. I come here once a week and the manager is... awesone. Treats it like he owes the place. Free valet and entertainment some nights.
