The woman that took my order was extremely rude. I ordered a med iced coffee and 2 plain bagels with sausage and cheese and only... received 1. When I told her I orders 2 she said got really rude. Horrible customer service on her part. Read more
Friendly employees and order was prepared In a timely fashion. Womens bathroom was clean and wipes were provided for eat In... tables. The only thing that threw me off that there was a refrigerator with juices that expired in 2020- the liquids haveseparated and were discolored- kinda gross and a waste of electricity. Read more
The staff there can have attitudes at times. They refused to put cold foam on my iced caramel latte, and then the manager told... me after handing my drink, that they actually can do it moving forward. I wouldn't recommend going there if you like tocustomize your drink. Also,there are other locations with friendlier staff! Read more
Don't waste your time going here unless you want to be treated disrepectfully. There's another Dunkin' at Smith Street with... better customer service. One tiny mistake and they can make a huge deal out of it. I would recommend to hire new workers if Iwere you. It's really disappointing. Read more
