I will lead with.. I LOVE YOU... but seriously this side door business has got to stop. Ordered my food (sm meatball, which was... delicious btw) via phone, was quoted 10 to 15 min... drove there (20 min time) and had to wait another 10 min in 30 degreeweather for my sub. Sorry, but today's the last day I will do such, it's downright silly that the inside isn't open, I'll gladlywear a mask if required, but waiting in freezing cold weather for a sandwich is insane. I wish you well, and I will surly missyour food but today was the last straw. Read more

The ordering system ruins this business. The online ordering just spins and spins and spins, from 3pm to close. The phone rings... and ring and did not get answered during all this hour, I called 8 times. The best part is I got there at 3:52 and the woman atthe window said "we are not accepting orders, we stop at 3:45 pm". Your ordering system and policies are pitiful. I have been along time customer. This is the third time having ordering issues. I know many other long time customers, they won't be anymore. Read more
The MTP is my favorite vegetarian sandwich here, but the hot veggie, cold veggie and eggplant parm are my favorites as well.... I've been dying to try the vegetarian focaccia!!! Read more
