Whoever was working at 11pm last night(Wednesday the 26th) put bacon in my loaded tiny tacos and not like an accidental amount... either there was a lot. Absolutely disgusting I ended up having to throw it away after taking all the bacon out because all Icould taste was bacon grease. Usually they are great I've never had issues with this jack in the box but last night wasabsolutely awful when you expect one thing and start eating and it doesn't taste how its supposed to and you find bacon all theway through to the bottom of my box. Oh and misunderstood us and gave us 8 tacos which ended up working out since I had to throwmy meal away and we asked for a MEAL with my fiances food and we didn't even get the fries. If there was an option for 0 starts I would. We went through the drive-through and was at the window. They told me to pull... forward, i asked how long it would take and they couldn't answer that simple question. I then stated maybe they should tellpeople when they are ordering that there would be a wait so we can order something else. As I was diving to park, a gal yelled Profanities put the window to me. I went inside asking for a refund and then a kid got iny face telling me to leave the store,he stated he was the manager. Then another kid came out trying to fix the problem stating HE was the manager. Then 2 kids arebehind him yelling at me trying to start a fight with me. The whole time they were yelling nasty words. Called corporate andnothing happen. It is sad that Jack in the box is okay with there employees now being violent with there customers and not evenreturning calls like they said they would. Read more
This Jack in The Box is one of the worst experiences I've had with this chain or fast food in general. The employees seemed... upset that we even were there and practically threw our bag of food at us. The bottom of our bag was dripping with hot greasethat actually pooled on the floor matt. My kids love Jack's wish there was one closer to us in Utah. Munchie Meals, awesome, spicy strips for the diabetic (me),... stuffed jalapenos. All round good food for a decent price. Read more
