Order taker told us only some chicken available and could sub chicken strip. So we did but then said that couldn't be done. At... the last minute all chicken was available. Not a pleasant experience. Quality of the food hit or miss. Maybe they don't throwout old food? Read more
Came thru the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was great, polite, and funny. They were quick with getting our food but once I... got home and grabbed the half gallon of root beer I noticed that about half of it was in my cup holders and the bag had a holein it. I brought it and my receipt down to show them that the seal hadn't been broken and where the hole was, they did exchangemy drink but was treated like an inconvenience even though they weren't busy at all. The guy would mumbled with his back to mewhen I asked him a question again as if I was an inconvenience. I was going to give two stars but awesomeness of the drive-thrulady and the fact that they did exchange it for me is why I gave three stars. Read more
Staffs great. They have to endure no AC for over a year now. If you don't like the heat (get out the kitchen?) You might dress... in cooler attire or get carryout. Read more
