My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner last night after a long and stressful hunt for the perfect jacket for his grandpa. We... wanted to go somewhere that was going to have a nice, calm atmosphere and also serves warm, filling, comforting food, and wefound it! Our server was a person named ZEKE (spelling?), and he made a great impression right off the bat! He was very lowpressure while still being very attentive and helpful, and it was exactly what we needed. He patiently answered our questionsabout some of the dishes and the pasta promo (we're kinda new to Olive Garden), and then continued to check up on us in a waythat showed he was actively paying attention and anticipating our needs - you know, the sort of thing that is really the mark ofsomeone who takes service seriously and treats people well. Food said ready at 5:18, we sat n waited until a our 5:40 before our food came out. No apology for the wait nothing. What's the... point of getting notified that the food is ready for pick up if you still have to wait 20/25 mins for someone to bring it out.Food was really good, but the service could have been better. Went for my sons birthday and the waiter was AMAZING! Went above and beyond. Had a ton of energy and was very enthusiastic.... Probably the best service I've ever had. We will definitely be back, this isn't our normal Olive Garden location but it was muchbetter than other locations ???????? Read more
The staff is amazing!! I wish I have names memorized but I don’t. While waiting for my table, a customer who was also waiting... for his table approached me in the lobby. The staff noticed that I wasn’t comfortable with the interaction so they made surehe sat in a different spot and made sure the manager is aware of the situation. I forgot what the waitress’s name was but shemade sure to walk with me to and from my table to make sure he didn’t bother me. I appreciated the way that waitress and hermanager have handled the situation. They made me feel safe and welcome. Other than that situation, the food and service weredefinitely great and you could noticeably see supervisors being team players. I will definitely be coming back! Read more
