A customer ahead if me was short $0.15 cents. I volunteered to pay the extra $0.15 cents. Chipotle took the other customers... payment and was supposed to charge my card the $0.15 cents. Instead of charging me $0.15 they charged the entire bill to mydebit card. Essentially taking 2 payments for the same food. When I returned to inquire about a refund, the manager said itwas my fault for offering to help the person in need and that he would not refund my money or give me a credit because he said?we don?t give away free food?. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I did not have an online order, I just went into the store to order food for my family. It was... 9:07pm, they closed at 10. There were 5 customers inside the store. After waiting a long time I was only told by an employeethat "We have too many online orders". There appeared to be 3 employees working. What does that mean? How does that affect me?One of the customers in the store told me that it meant I couldn't order any food from them. They had to discover this the herdway. I had a look at the food in their warming trays as they hastily slopped together orders. There was plentiful supply,however ingredients from one tray would fly into another and the counters were covered in food debris. Okay so they were busy.Management, that means it's time to increase the number of employees to handle the customer load. Listen to the real bad reviews. This store is the worst of all the Chipotles I've been to. I saw bugs crawling in the food. The... girl cashier kept wiping her nose with the gloves on and then preparing food. I was so disgusted that I asked to talk to themanager. The man who came out was the least professional person I've spoke to. No manager material there. He made the situationworse and blamed me as the customer for being short staffed. I walked out and request a refund from the company. Do not comehere unless you want to get sick and deal with the most unprofessional staff.
