If you get brown rice get it on the side. I don?t normally write reviews but I?ve been coming to this Qdoba for 2 years it?s one... of my favorite fast options for food that can be somewhat healthy. But as someone who has the cilantro soap gene I can?t get thecilantro white rice. This location is notorious for having insanely hard inedible brown rice all the time. It has been going onfor about a year. No matter who works. It has gotten to the point where I have to start eating my food there because the 3 outof 4 times the brown rice is inedible. Very friendly workers, my peers have never had trouble with the white rice. But brownrice beware. Read more

We had a bowl and a burrito. Gound beef was somewhat flavorless, but the brisket was tender and tasty. Pinto beans in burrito... were undercooked. What makes the food is all the extras you can put on it...sauces, onions, corn, etc. But, looks like thisplace has seen better days. Fine if you're hungry, but choose add-ons wisely for flavor. This was my son?s favorite place to eat. We got there and service was lack luster! They were out of a few a condiments and some... soft drinks. The food was good but had the potential to be great! I was slightly disappointed! I know COVID has changed things. It seems to have affected this business as well! Waiting for a comeback! Read more

Worst restaurant experience of my life. Ordered pickup. When I came to the location the doors were locked with a sign reading... ?online order only?. I thought great, glad I order online! However, I ended up waiting over hour outside as mosquitos swarmedbefore they gave me my order. A crowd of people even began to gather; all people with the same problems. I kinda laughed toowhen I realized they got my order wrong Read more

5 months ago, i simply put 5 stars as my review. But, I have now been an avid Qdoba visitor. Going roughly 2 times a week.... Sometimes more...I love the location on 8th and Weidler. But more than that, I love the atmosphere, The GM greeting me wheneverhe sees me and asking how work is going, because let's face it, we are all struggling to retain employees! He is constantlyhaving new people training and despite all that, the food is still amazing, and they are still on top of it as always. I hardlyever wait in line and the food is always delicious. I get the same thing every time, and they pretty much know me now. So I havenot been disappointed yet. I just wanted to say thank you Apollo (I'm pretty sure) for being a rad GM and trying to do the bestyou can with what you got! If only people would give the new staff the same consideration. They are all trying as best as theycan, and for the most part crushing it! So thanks Qdoba's staff for all that you do! Read more
