When it's open it's fine. I don't see hours posted anywhere. Went with what Google told me (breakfast at 8am) and spent 5... minutes just sitting in the drive through at about 8:10 with no response. Didn't see anyone inside as I left. If it's closed,fine, but some way of letting people know would be great. This is after also sitting at the 7-11 gas pump for 10 minutes withnobody attending there, either. Seems like this whole cell phone waiting area is a bit of a mess. Read more
Needs to be more consistent in Hours open. Not always open during posted hours. I understand hiring needs but something needs to... give, owner pay more or offer more or better benefits or just be open less but specific hours. No issues with food orassociates. Both are consistently good. If anything...be open longer! Read more
Oh my, what horrible customer service. Showed up at 10:37 to order at the drive through. This Taco Bell is supposed to be open... till 3am per online info, it's not. The drive through window says it's open till midnight, it wasn't. The drive through menuboard was still lit up. I pulled up and got a loud "we're closed", no sorry, no apologies for appearing open, no excuse aboutstaffing problems. So expecting service an hour and a half before closing is my fault not theirs, unbelievable. Read more
I'm not sure what the deal is, beyond being short staffed, but this location is a nightmare. The employees are doing their best... with very little. The manager or maybe the shift manager at the time we visited, needs a raise. She was verbally assaulted andcalled out of her name multiple times by an Uber eats psycho. Manager never raised her voice or swore, etc. Kept extreme controlover herself. Customers just kept coming in.....figure it out taco Bell, your employees deserve better. Read more

I found it. The worst Taco Bell in the United States. You have to travel to Portland, Oregon to experience it. I ordered my food... at the kiosk. Restaurant is empty I go to pick a nice spot in the back. Step in scattered rice all over the floor. 15 minutesgo by nothing. I stand by the counter for 10 minutes. I'm ignored until someone asks if they can help me. I told her that Iordered. She is surprised. She goes back and tells one of the girls that I ordered and she is surprised as well. They poke atthe screen and oh there's my order. Few minutes later My food is ready. I say can I have a cup please? I ordered a Pepsi. Shehands me a cup. Burritos were made sub par. Too much beef and beans and not enough of other ingredients in a burrito supreme,for example. A guy that came in to use the restroom comes back out and asked if he can use the woman's restroom because somebodypuked in the men's restroom. Yeah, that's not getting cleaned up by this crew.
