As usual, The Observatory does not disappoint. Amazing food, great atmosphere and some of the best drinks in Portland. Had the... Reuben, Lamb Burger and Garlic Parmesan Rosemary Fries as well as their Happy Hour drink (Vanilla Jim Beam Kentucky Mule), TheCapricorn and Prickly Pear Pineapple Margarita. We had about a 15 minute wait.. no biggie. The team here was great . It's nice to see everyone working together. Makes for... smooth shifts. The food was absolutely delicious. The wings sat on a bed of coleslaw. The coleslaw was different from anyother that I have had. In a good way, very crisp and fresh. I will bump this one to one of the top 2 best coleslaw that I havehad. The art on the wall are from local artists. Fun to look at. Read more

Met some friends for lunch here and there was no wait for a table. All the food options looked amazing and the fries were out of... this world! We sat in the back room area which was quiet and cool. Delicious food in a cozy atmosphere! Drinks were OK. They do say they're spicy, but would have liked to taste something other... than spice. The food was great. Meatloaf was okay, mashed potatoes were amazing. The steak was the star of the show -- I wish Iwould have gotten that, but I stole a few bites. Read more
