I ordered on the app and when my husband went to get it they said they didn't have it. They were rude to him and very un... professional. I called them as I was looking at my order that said it was ready.I had the right address and an order # which shesaid she couldn't pull up and she had no trace of my order. Honestly all the things about something like a taco bell isn't at all to do with the employees. It has to do with how corporate... treats them. This is not the best taco bell. But definitely the staff is super friendly. No breakfast and unreliable hours. Andto be fair unreliable food. But again I know if I wasn't lazy and went back for a fix they would be very amiable. I ordered my family dinner through doordash. When we got our food, we were missing nacho fries, and the crunchwraps supreme was... completely mush, and the 3 quesadillas were hard and missing cheese on half of each one. There were two chicken quesadillas, andone cheese quesadilla. Doordash would not do anything to help. We are really upset with how we were treated, and how our foodwas made. I don't know how that passed quality check and everything was cold. How can they justify charging as much as they do,and giving people food that they can't eat. I don't have a car, I can't just drive over there and get it replaced. Doordashwould not replace our food or refund our money. I plan on filing a complaint against doordash. It's so disappointing. Can't tell if they are open or not for pick up orders. Can't tell if they are open at all. I see people at the window so I head... back to the drive through and see a sign saying lack of staff hours are 10-10. So why are the doors locked still? I just want toorder and go without getting ran over. Serious safety concern, wish they would open lobby for to go orders for peace of mind. Read more

Went there and they were obviously busy. Line was moving very, very slow. As hungry and impatient I was getting I kept my cool-... and you know what?So did they! I was pleasantly surprised how they kept their cool with how busy they were? they explained whythe wait was so long, gave me a free drink for the wait, but also had my order prompt and ready for me (in-app order) and theorder was perfect.
