My favorite was the wagyu brisket cuz the wagyu beef was so tender and flavorful. Foie gras dumplings had good flavor but the... skin was too thick. Fried chicken wing did not have many flavors and the mustard sauce was weird for me. We didn't add foie grasto our duck stack so it was lacking flavors too. The chef's table dining is fascinating. Goes on to show the effort that goes into every dish. The chefs are really busy... producing dishes of high quality for a bunch of people. The experience to watch the dishes being prepared was as fun as eatingthem too. Surely would love to come back someday. The server Nic was really friendly and offered great service. We just finished our first meal at Canard celebrating a birthday. The servers were great and the food was superb. We enjoyed the... albacore tataki, steamed burgers, garlic fries, chicken wings, and the duck stack (I HIGHLY recommend this item). We finishedthe meal off with confetti pancakes and the marionberry parfait. Our experience at this restaurant was great from start tofinish and we can't wait to try the Oregon City location. Read more
