We hired Big Kahuna's BBQ for our wedding catering, and we're SO happy we did! I'm from Hawaii, and really wanted Hawaiian food... at our wedding, but didn't want to go over budget. Gary at Big Kahuna's was so helpful in working within our budget to make ourwedding dreams come true! He helped us build a menu and was very flexible with any changes I needed to make. On our weddingday, the Big Kahuna team showed up, set up, replenished food in the buffet line, and then packed up to-go containers with anyleftovers for our guests! Aside from the amazing service we received, the food was also SO GOOD! All of our guests asked who wecatered with because they loved it so much. The brisket and chicken is so tender and has the right amount of smoke n seasoning. The Mac salad is delicious and the kale... kimchi has this perfect balance of slightly sweet, salty and sour flavor. It is my new favorite. Also the island slaw isdelicious!
