If there was a 0 rating I would. I honestly feel bad for the staff. Obviously the lmanager here is struggling with running this... location and is NOT getting the support from the regional manager or corporate. They are hardly open for lunches here in theLloyd district. They obviously are under staffed and the employees that they train obviously hardly get training time,typically have no common sense or people skills. The lack of responses here on google from corporate obviously reflect uponmultiple reviews left. EITHER PERMANENTLY ADJUST YOUR HOURS OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION, YOUR LOSING MONEY HAND OVER FOOT! I would rather have hot sauce poured into my eyeballs than trust this Chipotle to be open at their scheduled hours. They... seemingly wait until I am most craving that delicious guacamole to decide to close 4 hours early. There is absolutely noconsistency as to when they will be open. Sometimes they close at lunch time. Sometimes they close at 6pm. Sometimes they areopen until 9pm. The majority of the time they do not have fajita veggies and rarely have all meats available to chosefrom. This used to be my favorite chipotle and was always open at their scheduled hours. I?d get it twice a week after the gymand oh boy did I love devouring that burrito. Unfortunately this location is now complete trash. The workers are lazy and(probably) underpaid, so it?s tough to blame them. Whoever owns this chipotle, take some pride in yourself. It?s embarrassingand you should be ashamed of what you?ve let this location become. Maybe just start by ensuring you will be open at yourscheduled hours. Read more
