This food truck was so great, unbelievably affordable, ingredients all tasted fresh and the sandwiches themselves were... thoughtfully made. There is also a shocking amount of variety between each sandwich considering that the basis of each is onlysourdough and fried eggs. Great location and a bit of a line (with upto 15-20 min waiting time to get your food). If you have the patience, you will be... well rewarded with some yummy egg sandwiches. I had the Egg Zeppelin (swapping the sausage patties for veggie patties) and Iwasn't disappointed. Quite greasy for sure (I had butter / oil flowing through my fingers and the sandwich) but that's whatmakes it yummy right. For the portion and what they pack into it, I'd say worth the price too.
