This is the second time I've had poor service at this IHOP and the last time I will go to this one. I made it in after the... morning rush, we sat without water or coffee it came 5 minutes before the cold food, I had to ask for my food to be warmed backup the butter on all the pancakes wouldn't melt they where that cold. To top it off I asked for my check it was given to me so Iwent to the counter to pay for my food and the ladies behind the register looked at me and continued to talk like I wasn'tthere, after 5 plus minutes I was told my server had to take my check so go sit down and she will take it from the table at thistime I was I was so upset I said if someone doesn't take my money I'm walking out, after searching for my server she finallyshowed up I felt like I was being held hostage poor service I will never eat at this one again.... Friday morning we were waiting for our takeout order to be ready and a woman came in and when she walked up to the counter the... man working there got in her face and started yelling, "You are banned from this store, I saw you steal a syrup on the securitytape!" My mom and I couldn't help laughing cause it's IHOP. Everyone loves their syrups, I actually took one when I was incollege. The woman bless her, laughed at the guy and said she had no idea what he was talking about. That she was just there topick up her order from the app. He looked through all the orders asked the name and even was rude enough to call the number onthe order to verify she was supposed to pick it up. We all heard the conversation because he was rude enough to be loud aboutit. I think he handled the situation all wrong. Even if she had taken a syrup, why not charge her for it or something idk butwho wants to eat at an IHOP where the manager is a syrup accountant? I mean he acted like she stole from his pocket. How did theman know it was that woman anyways? She just looked like an average woman, white, 40s, shorter, blondish hair. Like I saidstrange. Keep cool, keep, safe, be yourself people! Read more
