I am easy to please - don?t like to complain much BUT I do have limits. This store is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. I have... had too many terrible experiences here to not warn others. Either drive a couple extra miles to go to a different Taco Bell orgo to a different restaurant all together. Needs new management team or better training. Need to check expiration dates and notserve cold food. I could go on. Picture is from my latest experience. I was the only customer there. I ordered 2 dorito tacos, aburrito, and Cinnabons in the drive thru. They had the entire order ready when I got to the window just 60 seconds later. Thefood is just thrown in the bag, tacos are sitting vertically so everything on the Taco fell to one side. They were acting likethey were in a hurry .. for a single customer?? All the food was cold and looked terrible. Also they served my burrito as ataco? Like you can?t even roll it up? THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE THERE. I have finally learned my lesson. Meh. It?s fast food. Reliably the same wherever you go. I don?t go there expecting quality, amazing service or decadent... ambiance. No, I go there because I?m in a hurry to get to work but hungry as a horse. So? Breakfast Crunchwrap with Bacon. (Iask for it ?extra grilled? so I know it?ll be hot and the cheese melted.). Quick stop by drive thru, order taker on shift not properly trained, regular staff at this location are usually ok but on my... last visit new hires were not properly trained on order taking procedures and customer service. Read more
My family got food and ordered just one item for me, p&c, because that's the only thing I can eat after surgery. Back home, the... only thing missing from the bag...p&c. I drive back, drive thru line into the street, so I try the lobby which apparently justclosed. Get back in line and wait 45 minutes to get my p&c. Get the window closed on me before I can even ask for sauce. (I wascalm and polite) This is what I got. Beans. No cheese. No red sauce. No spoon. I feel like this was on purpose at this point.
