An Amazing breakfast spot! I?ve been enjoying deliciousness here off & on over the past several years. I road trip an hour, 55... min for this & I am never disappointed! This place can get busy so prepare for possible wait times. I recommend reservations butit?s not required. Customer service is always on point. Our visit was 4/7 arriving about 10:45a. We didn?t make reservationsand had less than a 10 min wait *PERFECT* The do it yourself pancakes and topping are always a hit. Buttermilk & chocolatebatter were chosen along w/strawberry, blueberry & chocolate chips for toppings. This place was absolutely awesome. The atmosphere is so cool, and the lobby itself is a well thought out mid century diner... feel. Most tables are equipped with a griddle for you to make your own waffles, and you're able to pick out a decent selectionof toppings and other goodies to throw on (or in!) Your pancakes. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly! We decided to gohere about an hour before closing time, and they were very friendly despite our late arrival! Everything here was so delicious. I got the lavender lemonade which had the perfect balance of lemonade and lavender, the turkey... bacon because I don't like real bacon but it tasted exactly like real bacon except with the turkey taste. Delicious????. Andthen me and my family got two bottles of chocolate and vanilla batter Plus a bunch of toppings. This the the best breakfast experience ever. The pancakes were delicious and so much fun to make. We got the vegan batter and... one serving was more than enough for two people. There are tons of options for toppings and if you're not a pancake person theyhave other things like eggs, potatoes, sausages etc. They even have cocktails which was a pleasant surprise.
