So sorry to write a bad review, especially since we were so looking forward to eating our first meal here. For 46.00 we got two... skinny beef ribs and 4 pork ribs, which Costco would have done better. We also got4 8 oz sides. That's almost 10 dollars apiecefor the beef ribs and 5 for the pork. One star is for the mac n cheese, one star is for the cornbread, the third is for the seasoning on the fried chicken wings. The... wings themselves, however, tasted as if they'd been frozen. Very watery, chewy, and not very good texture to the meat.Thankfully the batter was perfectly seasoned so at least the crunchy skin was really good. The mac and cheese was bomb too, justnot very hot. My partner had the pork sandwich and really liked it, but had their own reasons for deduction of stars. We reallywanted to love this place and had been looking forward to eating there all day. So great, in 2022, this is now our favorite BBQ place in the Portland/Vancouver area. If you love southern BBQ they do... Mississippi style so good, especially the breading for fried okra and catfish, it's perfect! We had fried catfish, collards,fried okra, hush puppies, and brisket mac & cheese.
