Our visit to Pinky?s Pizza was continually enjoyable. The person who treated us at the service bar was caring and helpful. The... menu created excitement upon ordering. The bartender made our cocktails perfectly balanced but also with some jazz, some extrasparkle and they shared their passion and stories about the cocktail which was pleasantly unexpected. The wedge salad wasdelicious with just right blue cheese tang coupled with bacon crisp and butter. We also loved the environment with a mood feelbut not too moody. Finally I went to close out my tab at the service station and the chef curiously asked if I was picking uppizza. Each person we interacted with felt genuine. Thank you pinky pizza artists. Read more

wow, this place went beyond our expectations. i found this on a list of "best whiskey places in portland" with a selection of... over 300, including some rarer ones that my husband has been on the hunt for. this is some of the best pizza we've had and thebar manager was a wealth of knowledge on all things whiskey and was fun to talk to. all the staff seemed to love their jobs andwere all friendly. oh, and the cocktails! priced great, strong without losing any character, they're craftily made anddelicious. a good start to our anniversary weekend celebrations! I am so glad we stopped in here. I passed by this place a few times and we decided to finally try it. I was so happily surprised... with how amazing the pizza is. The restaurant is cozy and very clean and the staff was wonderful. We tried the Old Standard andthe baked potato pizza special. We were floored with how good everything was. The sauce ratio is perfect, a lot of Portlandpizza doesn?t have enough sauce and theirs is really flavorful. The crust was so amazingly chewy while being soft on the insideand crunchy on the outside.
