This was such a nice surprise of a place! The food was soooo good! All the staff was so attentive and friendly and you could... tell they LIKED being there! Food was so good. We ordered fried pickles, chicken and waffles, chicken fried steak, spicy stack, meatloaf plus biscuits and... gravy for the table. We didn't finish anything as the portions were generous. Totally recommend going on empty stomach andsharing several items to try everything. Mimosas and sweet tea were tried and yummy. Accommodating & delicious. What a cute place that will make you feel like you’re next to an old train station in the bayou.... Smoke from the kitchen helps to set the tone as does friendly & laid back staff. Very attentive. The food is 10/10. The redbeans & rice had just enough spice. Great vibe and fun area. Went with family and had an incredible time our didn’t get the name of the gentleman in front but he was so sweet and kind.... The food was awesome, 10/10 I ordered the catfish 1 piece thinking it wouldn’t be that big but it was a nice size. I can’twait to come back when I take another trip to Oregon! Read more

The service was phenomenal, even got into talking books with the server. This food was mouth watering. The collard greens are... tangy but also not entirely soft and soggy, bit of a snap still; cornbread was flavorful and the honey butter is rich andcreamy; cheese grits were SO DELICIOUS I almost started weeping; and the ribs were well marinated, tender, and the sauce issweet and sour at the same time.
