I came in with a friend yesterday we couldn't get any of the employees to acknowledge us. We stood at the bar in front of two... employees for minutes (credit card out, trying to make eye contact) and they never helped us, they chatted with the customersnext to us, had a snack, chatted some more, put away glassware...it was weird. We finally left and found a nicer place up theroad. Read more

This review is based on a burger week experience, but it gave me enough to know I wouldn?t be back anytime soon. Being new to... town, it?s nice to see when local restaurants involve themselves in experiences like a burger week, because it gives people agood reason to check out new neighborhoods and support local businesses that make up our main streets in this city. I held ofon breakfast this particular day and waited for this burger based on its pictures, and was quoted disappointed when I saw theway it came out. The big nick, was more like a double patty burger with a hint of slaw. Others around be got the full experienceof the triple bun, but I did not. Oh well right maybe it saved me a few carbs and calories. But if you?re serving a limited menubecause it?s burger week, you have to nail each burger that leaves your kitchen. Batch cooking these burgers when the placeisn?t packed out is acceptable especially when you have to close out the tab each time if you?re hoping to get thisspecial. Speaking of closing out each time, starting a tab wasn?t an option, because tabs were getting lost. I?m sorry but howis that the customers issue? Again this place at the time of day I went around 2:00pm wasn?t busy at all, but limited menu wasoffered because it has the potential to be crazy for burger week, employees words not mine, which is also why you have to orderat the bar although the young lady was walking around the floor grabbing glasses and such. You?re telling me a customer who iseating and asks for a drink has to stop, put there food down, go to the bar and wait for a drink, while there food goes coldunder the excuse of we might get busy because it?s burger week? Hmmm ok Read more

Nice space with a classic diner feel, some pinball type arcade games, and a decent number of TVs playing sports. Big Nick's... burger, looks like a Big Mac, and even has a somewhat similar thousand island dressing. It is well seasoned, however, and packssome nice flavor with its tasty cabbage slaw. I only wish they'd've piled it on to the point that it tested the bun's absorbancelevels. The shoestring fries were decent and the house lager had nice carbonation and was served at a decent temperature. Thestaff were noticeably overwhelmed and exhausted, but still made sure to check in on everything. Read more

Staff was short and rude, I'd understand if it was packed but there was only one booth and maybe 6 people at the bar. Walked out... because of the rude waitstaff (hadnt ordered yet). As someone who has worked almost exclusively in the service industry I havethe utmost patience and respect for others in the industry but the staff here this day was not cool.... Read more
