Best Thai food I?ve had in a hot minute!!! We ordered the Pad Ka Prow and Pad Kee Mao. The chicken, egg, noodles, EVERYTHING... were crisp and tender and stir fried to perfection. SO. MUCH. FLAVOR. I?ve had a hard time finding a Thai place I really really like in Portland, but Little Bloom dished up the... best Tofu Laap I?ve ever had today.
