This subway is very friendly, and clean. The only problem I see here is the long line waiting to place your order.
Asked for a 6? Italian BMT, and never mentioned what bread I wanted. Employee turns around and grabs Italian herbs and cheese (I... wanted a spinach wrap) but since it already out and I was in a hurry I let her proceed with the sandwich. Employee takes outfour strips of bacon, and I?m thinking? ?since when does an Italian BMT comes with bacon?? I called the worker out, and thenthey corrected it immediately. Asked for salt and pepper in my sandwich ?the amount of salt this employee added to my sandwichwas enough to get my blood pressure up into stage: 2 hypertension. Slow. Not the worst, but poorly crafted sandwiches. Expensive. I say this, NOT to be rude, but to hopefully inform the workers... and people in charge. Workers move slow, talk to much and even stand around, both when there is a short line and long line.(Long meaning 4 people waiting to start there sandwich.) Sandwiches are not crafted evenly down a foot long. The past 2sandwiches i ordered were sloppy and stuffed with TONS of toppings in the middle of the sandwich. Now, it still tasted great,but its very, very messy. $10 for a poorly crafted sandwich that took forever to get done. When I entered the store, I waitedon 2 peoples sandwiches to get done. After I payed for mine, it had been 15 - 20 minutes I was in there. Last week, i was in thestore for 25 minutes, leaving only a couple minutes to eat the darn thing before I had to be back on the clock. If you plan oneating here, expect it to take a long time. I enjoyed an awesome sandwich with cookies and a drink the vibe was upbeat and inviting. The place was very clean. Management is... the best I ve ever seen. Manager Olivia and her crew go above and beyond for thier customer's as regulars walked in they wereone step ahead.
