The line is still extremely long and blocks a major traffic lane or two. They have people who are coming in through one driveway... and the other is from the other side and so there is a contest of who is getting the next spot first and behold the angryfingers come flying out and birds are chirping words of mc Beep this and mcbeep that! By the time u get up there to the windowyou realized that you have forgotten why you were there in the first place. Probably should wait until after the rush of angrymcbirds have feasted and left. Great staff that work very hard all day. Recommend tipping these people for sure. They have fed me during many of my lunch... breaks and never messed up my orders while always provided in a timely manner. Read more
would of given 5 stars but they often mess up my order or forget an item all together. Also, it is really expensive anymore!
I feel like a fast food restaurant at least the basics should be met like the greeting, taking the order without being rushed... or being rude and then the face-to-face interaction and overall experience should not be that hard for it to be a goodexperience. The lady never said hello or anything so after a little while we said hello is anyone there super kindly because Ialso work in customer service and she said YES I SAID how can I help you! There was four of us in the car had never heard herbut anyways she was rude taking the order rude taking the money shoving food at us when we asked for the cheeseburger we orderedthat was sitting right in front of her she had just forgot and then when asking for the 4th cone we ordered she was likeoffended we wanted what we paid for. She was probably frustrated with something else that had nothing to do with us which Iunderstand but it was a really uncomfortable interaction that left us all kind of shoked. The way she treated her co-worker whowas also clearly a new employee was off putting as well I'll probably come through this McDonald's again this was an outstandinginteraction that I thought warranted a review.
