I have always been a fan of auntie Anne?- always only been in contact with the woman worker there. Until today, I was trying to... make an order for my family which was going to be about 4 pretzels and 3 mini Dogs- all of which he had in his case (not tomention he HAD more in there to sell). The current manager was on duty and immediately went ? No! I can?t do that.? Andcontinues to complain about how he?ll have to make NEW items if we take that cause he won?t have enough to sell? extremelydistasteful. I brought up how he came across as aggressive and goes ? well I?m not yelling and we have cameras so we can see howI?m not being aggressive.? You don?t need to acting violently or even yelling to come across as aggressive. Had a horribleattitude- rolling his eyes, grabbing tongs annoyed and everything else. I didn?t even leave with my whole order cause I did notwant to conduct more business with him. I will never buy from here again and I will be telling others until the current managerfixes his attitude with paying kind customers. Read more
Rude service refused to give me cheese for my pretzel?s
Mini pretzels were good...only thing is I paid for extra sauce and only ended up getting one. The line moves pretty slow.
Five stars for 5 the pretzels..5 stars for the 2 employees who helped me..ZERO STARS for the heavy-set manager who was... criticizing and yelling at the 2 employees over their work quality. It was incredibly uncomfortable to overhear and watch and Ifelt really bad for them.
