The best dining experience in Portland, in my opinion, is this little pop-up in the Fausse Piste urban winery. Joel and Will are... talented and charming, and watching them work to prepare these dishes is fun and fascinating. Dana, now HF?s resident sommelier,focuses on local wines, and the pairings are always excellent. The price is also extremely reasonable, which is all the moreamazing given how much work the crew must put into prepping! Read more
