The team here is always efficient, pleasant, and gets our order right all the time! And let me tell you, it's a complicated... order. Since we get our funky order a few times a month, most of the team here recognizes us by my name or by our order which isawesome! Always a great go-to for a quick meal when we're feeling lazy. I've ordered many pizzas from Papa Murphys and in general their brand puts out good food which is why I am giving them two... stars. That being said, this location sold me a Hawaiian pizza with rotting ham on it. I tried to go online and request arefund. I was told to contact the store directly. I contacted the store and asked to speak with a manager and they said theywould get back to me. They never did. My advice would be to drive the extra couple miles up to the Lombard location. Their foodis fresher and better. Their crust was much better, I am not sure if that was due to better planning and the dough actually gotto proof or what but their pizzas were notably better at the other location. Tonight is the Oregon Ducks game and Christmas ships by our place. I ordered the pizzas and salads. When I went to pick up... right on time, the person serving us was very professional and friendly.
