This particular Jack in the box feels like this franchisee has just given up and literally phones it in. There are pot holes the... size of a small car in their parking lot. They have been there for years. If you can't be bothered to fix those, what wouldcompel me to go inside? The drive through is ridiculous to try to navigate. There are signs on all of the curbing, of peoplethat weren't quite up to the task. Once every couple of years I give them a chance, not again. The customer service has gone down hill and seems to be going further down hill. They can't get orders correct and what they do... give seems old and soggy or greasy. Read more
The food was great but the dining for the most part is completely closed and chairs are blocking off the seating. They use the... chairs to create a barrier. I had to go past the chairs to sit in down. I was the only one in there. I Understand they mighthave wanted to do that with the virus but the virus is over now.
