Food was good and service was fast, but the outside of the store definitely needed cleaned up, and the homeless hanging around... could be managed a little better. The trash and homeless are slightly off-putting when purchasing a meal honestly. Read more
This location is a tough one. I don't envy the staff working here. They have to deal with a very large variety of people most of... whom walk up to the drive-thru window. I am actually impressed with the staff service when I go through the drive-thru, it'sjust super scary to have people walking around and in front of my car because they openly serve walk ups. Drive thru is great, walk up service is abysmal. The parking lot/standing area can be a zoo, and objectively unsafe at times.... Expect to see anything you can imagine if you come at the right time. Great staff, very friendly. Read more

A truly horribly managed location. The lobby is always closed. So all orders go through drive thru. Not a problem. Except ive... never experienced a slower mcdonalds drive thru and it has been this way consistently for YEARS. Its not a ? we were shortstaffed that day? issue. Its not a money issue, they do a lot of business. Its likely an awful management and greedy ownerissue, not oaying employees enough and not staffing appropriately out of pure greed. I live in the neighborhood. I also do fooddeliveries in my spare time when i need to pay something off or catch up on bigger bills. I refuse to ever accept orders to pickup from this mcdonalds. On top of that, this is not a place you want to spend a lot of time at because the property is floodedwith homeless, smokers, and addicts. Im always worried they are going to do something to me or my car as im at the pickup windowor exiting the drive thru. Read more
