I have never been so disrespected and devalued as a customer until I went to this location. Not only did they mess up my order... they refused to acknowledge their mistake and remake our order. I asked for no pork because I am allergic and they still gave mepork. And on top of that I asked for two orders of plantains they didn?t include it in the order. I ordered jalapeños cheesepapusa and huevos rancheros and they didn?t include it but they still charged me for it. When I called to tell them the ownerclaims he never makes a mistake. When he clearly did. I sent my brother in law back to grab the missing items and the owner wasarguing with him for over 10 minutes. We are not trying to steal we clearly want the rest of our order. I understand mistakeshappen and they get busy. But refusing to acknowledge their mistakes is beyond me. Below is a photo of the pork puspusa I NEVERordered. I highly do not recommend this place. The popusas were delicious. Amazing plantains. Its seemed a little too dark inside for my taste and none was out sanitizing. ... I cringed when I saw a man sit and wait for his food taking his mask off but all staff was in the kitchen so no one around toenforce the mask rules. Thankfully wrote were getting take out.
