Came through and ordered a Royal cheesecake blizzard and I was told I am not allowed to Modify it.. I added chocolate chunks.. ... So you are not allowed to add a scoop of anything else to a blizzard because those ones are special.. Next time ill order a sideand add it myself. I actually don't go here very often, but I live nearby and mostly wanted to say how much I respect the people who work here.... Every time I go by, there's like a 15 car line and I'd have to imagine that managing that constant volume of braying hogs has tobe remarkably difficult. Everyone who works here deserves a living wage, and I hope they unionize to fight for it. Read more

This is the second time I?ve been at this location this month. The 1st time, I bought an A1 double stack burger meal, great... customer service and hot food. Today, I purchased the same thing, but I had to use the drive thru because the lobby was closed.The blizzard was good, kinda hard to mess that up, and the fries were definitely in the last 10 minutes of serviceability(notfresh or hot). My main disappointment was the burger: the patties were old and recooked for sale. You can tell they?re becausethe meat patty isn?t juicy, just brown a the cheese didn?t completely melt, and it doesn?t take much for cheese slices to melt.The bacon is suspect. I don?t need blackened bacon, but with the patty?s being under par, I?ll have to throw this in mymicrowave before I consider eating it. I don?t think I?ll ever eat from this location again. Especially if there?s a sign sayingit the restaurant wont do refunds, like this isn?t the 1st time that poor quality food was served?
