Ingredients, execution, service. The fish is of the highest quality and the rice is on point. If you like fried rolls with... mayo/cream cheese/sweet sauce and turn your soy sauce into Wasabi sludge, you might be disappointed. This is a place thatdelights by honoring the basics with thoughtful execution. They have a well curated menu of classics and a smattering of moreinventive fare. Can I mention again just how good the rice is here? If you know, then you know. The menu is priced appropriatelyand the servers are knowledgeable and attentive.
