Food was good as always. We had halibut fish and chips and a crispy chicken sandwich and fries with milkshakes. between the 2 of... us the bill was over $33. But the experience of paying on the card reader with 20 stickers on it telling you how to tip whilethe counter worker watched was uncomfortable. All we did was put in an order at a fast food eatery. For fast food this feels like a healthier option. The gluten free buns are a good brand, if you want low calorie they can do a... lettuce bun instead. My husband went through the drive thru to order our dinner. He tried to order a milk shake. The person said " no milkshakes... they're too hard with the number of employees here tonight. Ok, I'll order onion rings, no that's too hard, too. He ended upwith two cheese burgers and an order of fish and chips. He then asked the employee to scan his loyalty card. Not really cool what took place today. I think it will be the last time I waste time and money here. I personally am... handicapped, and my significant other came through the drive thru to grab me a colossal combo. I start with the fries and takeout the burger to find it is missing the meat. With him having already left back to work, I have to load myself into the car andreturn to get it made again. With nothing but understanding and politeness I arrive and explain. Only to receive nothing but theburger and no apology from the man at the window. The woman at the speaker was very nice. But for my trouble, wasted gas, andnow cold fries and melted coke. Being a restaurant manager for years, I would have immediately replaced the entire meal andasked what else I could do for the customer. Nothing was really done, other than oh oops here...Bye.
