Ordered my food and they forgot 2 10 piece chicken nuggets, the fries were cold and the buns were hard. Called and was yelled at... by a male worker, then a female took the phone from him and told me she would replace my order if I brought my receipt in. Shesaid her name was Tanya. When I went back 2 days later, was told I must've meant 'Shawna' and she wasn't in andthey couldn't doanything without her there because it was 'her' order. So, I ended paying for my order and when I asked the girl at the windowher name, she said it was Tanya. Thinking I've been given the run around - almost definitely out and out lied to and treatedlike a fool. Will try again another day, but not expecting these guys to honor their promise to make it right at all. Avoid thisone if you can- wait times are ridiculous, they mess up more often than not and the employees are rude and don't do what theysay they'll do. This location struggles to get orders correct. It's a meme at this point how often they mess up orders placed through UberEats.... The food is 50/50. Sometimes it tastes good, other times it tastes like it's been out for hours and reheated. I wouldn'trecommend spending your money here unless you're okay with rolling the dice and possibly getting a disappointing meal. TheChicken McGriddles I got were chewy, half cold and half hot, and tasted overcooked. I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino and got aniced coffee instead, and the iced coffee tasted burnt. Read more
If I could I would give them a negative star for their rating. They messed up my order and then Pablo said that they would give... me the sandwich that they forgot along with a fry when I came back. I got my meal Friday that they messed up and went todaywhich is a Sunday and no one knew what I was talking about there was no note left behind it was craziness. I was told that therewas nobody named Pablo that worked there. I got the sandwich but had to pay for the fry the gal at the window had a badattitude. They also kept the old receipt and the new one. Strangest McDonalds experience ever - so I placed an order through the app and went to the store, and the store totally looked... open with all the lights on, people dining in, and employees working, cars in drive thru and all, but both of the doors werelocked, and an employee working outside told me they were closed. And guess what? Their app doesn?t let you cancel orders, so Inever got my order (wasn?t even able to go inside for that matter) and I was still charged. I went on a weekday, a little before1pm which is during their advertised business hours. This property is close to my home and convenient for me in a pinch.
