Took over 30 minutes in drive-through line to get food. Had to repeat the order multiple tumes and they still messed up the... order. They normally screw up an order, but had forgotten that. Was ignored by the manager when I knocked on the door to getthe order corrected so had to go back through the drive-through line so the rest of my food was stone cold by then. Terrible. Just like any other location, they will substitute parts of your order without telling you, the food is overcooked,... and everything is severely overpriced. It seems that most locations within Portland take not caring to a whole new level. Read more
I waited at the speaker no answer. I waited at the window just to see workers busy socializing with each other. The man looked... at me and choose to keep talking to his coworkers. I waited a while and he finally came to the window just to tell me to go backin line like I had never been there. I had placed a mobile order already paid for. He was unprofessional and rude. I?d hate tothink he was prejudiced but it certainly felt like it. I don?t understand why this man would be like this. Breaks my heartbecause I love McDonald?s! I am delivery driver, so I get a soda for free at McDonald's. I ask for a drink cause I been running around and thirsty. They... tell me no you have to pay for it, we stopped giving sodas out. Which is a bold face lie, 90% of the other locations give me adrink, I called tigard afterward, and explained the situation they told me that they would give me a drink. I'm not sure if it's low staffing or bad management but the picture I posted is the line at this McDonald's around 2:00 in the... morning every morning. It seems to be a created situation because they seem to serve the cars one at a time. Which is extremelyineffective. You usually have to wait between 5 and 10 minutes per car. And they don't take your order at the box until they'reready for you to pull up. And one particularly terrible service evening I had a confirmed order for a delivery app for the storeand they informed me they were not doing delivery app orders. I advised I had a confirmed order from the store and was told onceagain with less patients that they were not doing delivery app orders. So as I sit here in their eternally long line, I thoughtwhat better use of this time than to tell all of you how terrible the late night service is at this McDonald's and why it takesso long to get your food at night, especially if you use a delivery app. In the time it's taken me to write and edit this I havemoved one spot. I also got more irritated while writing this, even though usually writing stuff down makes you feel better. SoI'm dropping their atmosphere to one star. Because it really sucks. Read more
