This is a must try vegan experience when visit Portland! I wish there is a similar experience in SF! The presentation was... beautiful and each dish was prepared perfectly. Holy, amazing dining experience. Truly a chef's table restaurant. Personalized place cards for each guest, and even a take-home... snack for the morning after. The food is amazing, you don't even miss the meat. Great way to celebrate. I would recommend justgetting the drink pairings that you want though, instead of ordering the whole set. Read more
