The employees are very friendly, which makes a huge difference in classic chain stores where the food generally tastes the same... no matter where you go. My favorite things to order here are their Beyond beef items, and the classic Famous Stars. The onionrings are delicious, and my husband is infatuated with their chris-cut fries. Apparently the night manager wants to now to charge 35 cents for extra bbq sauce. That is not mentioned any where on the menu... or no notice put up any where at the location if you do not order fries you are force to pay for sauce. Plus the night mangerneeds to be retrained to understand costumer service. It will benefit this location highly not to have her on staff since shedoes not seem understand how to do basic costumer service or help her employees out. Like example: I will give 1 sauce this timebut next time you must pay. I would have worked with that but instead I recieved wannabe manager who has inflated ego statingI'm "manager" now and I charge for sauce.
