Based on two visits, pretty long wait times. Today it was unclear why, there were at least four workers hanging around. Still,... they didn't start to work on my Blizzard until I was at the window, after having waited awhile in line. Read more
Very slow drive thru and when I got to the front I understood why. Teenagers at the drive thru counter throwing ketchup packets... at each other for minutes before finally handing them to the awaiting person in line. A girl eating an ice cream cone behind thecounter as well, then handling food. At times they would start wrestling, and some middle fingers would be flying lol. I ordereda cherry dipped cone with sprinkles. They forgot the sprinkles and instead of remaking it, they tried adding sprinkles to thealready hardened shell. Handing me this and a side of sprinkles in a tiny bowl lol. When I asked them to remake my cherry dippedcone with the sprinkles I asked and paid for, they tried saying they couldn?t and that this was what they could offer. Iexplained I would like it remade the correct way and the girl manager threw the cone into the trash muttering about how she?knows how to make it?. Went here at 730 on Thursday night and the door was locked. They were serving people at the drive through. A guy sees us at the... door confused and came out to tell us Sorry the dining room closes at 8pm. It was 730pm. We went to Crusers across the streetinstead. Read more
Besides the fact that they were all loud and rude so cashier could barely hear our order. One guy looked to be High or strung... out. Another employee was yelling profanities across the restaurant. And was very rude. They also misplaced our order and rudelyasked what we ordered then took our recieot to make order. I ordered a original cheese burger without mustard as I'm allergicand guess what I got? An ice cold undercooked burgers with tons of mustard. No way was I calling as they were all unprofessionaland rude. I have worked fast food been a fastfood worker many many times. And that was unacceptable behavior in a public workingenvironment. Go to the one up on like 162 they are cleaner, nicer and way more professional. Today was not a merchandiser daybut if it was and I had to rate that store let's just say it wouldn't pass it also wouldn't pass health codes for servingundercooked and ice cold meats. Read more
