I'm impressed with the quality of their customer service. I once had an order get delivered a bit late. I filed a complaint, and... the manager actually directly called me and offered to make it right. I wouldn't have expected that from a usual sub chain. Theyalways have excellent quality subs. The subs are a bit pricier than most competitors, but you get what you pay for in myopinion. This is my favorite sub place besides East Side Deli, which is too far away downtown. Read more
The staff is friendly; sandwiches are great. I tend to come during the lunch rush and everyone is still cheerful even though... it's busy. The line always moves really fast. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with bacon, they didn't give it bacon, they were still happy to charge me full... price though. This is the only Jersey Mike's location I've ever had a bad experience at. Buyer beware I guess. Read more
