The employees just got harassed by a whale of a customer. Girl, you don?t need Taco Bell. You need a salad. Just saw a R U D E... ?female dog? If I could give it a 0 star, I would. This Taco Bell is terrible. I've been sitting in the drive thru for an hour, not... kidding. I can't even turn around to get out or I'd leave without my order at this point. Absolutely ridiculous! I would havegone in but the lobby is closed and it was only 7 pm when I got here. So displeased. Update - Took an hour and 30 minutes toget through the drive thru. No apologies for the extreme wait time. My food was cold and the tortillas soggy. Worst Taco Bellexperience ever. And I couldn't go back in for fresh food because the lobby was closed and there's no way I was going (or willever go) through this drive thru again! Read more
Avoid this place. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Once you are in line there is no getting out. I'm sure they... were understaffed. I don't blame the workers but drive thru shouldn't be open if we have to wait this long. Hoping my order iscorrect. Read more
you guys did awesome this morning (09/23), girl at the window was super helpful & on top of it, & i was really glad to see the... cooks wearing gloves & masks (even without a pandemic that should be basic protocol at all restaurants). seems like basic stuffbut food places are getting so bad i have to give these guys props for really making an effort, they even got my order correct &it was pretty fast. keep it up!! (ground beef still tastes like they mix in sand but thats always been the case everywhere, thisis what the worlds come to when taco bell is the best option because the beef everywhere else is just chunks of fat & lumps ofcartilage).
