This is the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to for customer service. It wasn?t always this bad, but in the last few months has... gotten progressively worse. There is a specific manager who actually has always been the one who makes the visits the worst. Sheis tall, slender, has a long black pony tail. She has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I?ve seen her Kick outa lobby full of people when the door was open saying ?they didn?t have time to lock the door but they are closed and have toleave?. Last night I went through the drive thru and tried to use a mobile code, I was told there server was down and the codesweren?t working. I asked if I could show my screen to have the price honored. She told me to pull up to the window, which I did.When I got to the window she said it was my app and to close out of it and go back in which I did. I visibly showed her aftershe said ?it?s still not working I can?t honor the price? there was never any type of apologetic behavior whatsoever. I said ?ifthe server is down wouldn?t it make sense for the codes not to work?? She said that it was my app and that I needed to exit outof everything and reinstall it, and told me I needed to show her that I did it. (Wow) At this point I was not going to take thatmuch effort for the order. I told her I would proceed without the code, and then magically the code had worked . As she isentering my meal she was telling the other employee ?people don?t understand that things aren?t our fault?. Pulled to the nextwindow to pick up my order. She hands me a small cup for my drink and tells me they are out of bigger cups. Again, not once,making any type of the experience better or trying. This place usually has fast service but they closed the lobby and kept they're Uber service going, as a Uber driver waiting in a... drive through will make me cancel the order because wait in drive though lines significantly impacts hourly wage average, I'lljust move on to the next delivery. If you have to close the lobby, please turn off your Uber food service (it's super easy justhit the button on your businesses Uber tablet I know sits by your drive though register) the Uber drivers will appreciate it. I walked in and was not greeted. All I wanted was the code to the restroom before I ordered. There were 4 employees standing... there as I was saying ?excuse me? they all were ignoring me. I know they all saw me and my 6?6 husband standing there. Finally aworker on his break came in and we asked for the code. He was rude as he walked away telling us the code. We decided not toorder at this location. This was very unprofessional and not a good impression on McDonalds. Customer service has gone down thetubes. Read more

This is the slowest place I've ever been. Was in the drive through for 45 minutes tonight 10/29/22. I could see people... "employees" just standing around. Why is it called fast food here.
