But I watched them make my food and put it on the counter where it's set for 2 minutes and then I watched 3... minutes go by and then I watched 4 minutes go by then I watched my bus go by. Horrible customer service. Before i even had a chance to say a word i was Refused service at the walk up window when my work van... doesnt fit through their drive way, they then proceeded to invent policy and "oregon state law" about not serving walk upcustomers. It should be noted that it is now a violation of portland city code to not serve bicycle/walk up customers at a drivethru. The supervisor decided that starbucks has a policy against serving walk up customers and that it supercedes any cityordnance.
