So Taco Bell is, well, Taco Bell. This one is pretty consistent on the food and when your day has gone long and you have to feed... everyone, it?s a helpful source. Alas though a couple gripes: 1. App issues. When we do go here we order through the app. It?sjust easier when one has multiple orders, customized items, et al. No one wants to yell that at the drive-thru menu. But everynow and then their app will allow you to fill up the cart with your items then give some vague error that you can?t put theorder in?so tonight?s work around was ordering it as delivery. 2. WRITE WHAT IT IS ON THE ITEM! How hard is it to note tacosthat don?t have sour cream, etc. a customer should not have to sit and decipher what item is what only to have to guess andinvariably get it all wrong. I spent ten minutes spelling out I no meat and no cheese on my food. Guess what it came with? An entire farm on my tacos and... burritos. Yuck! No interior of the building open. Six cars in line at least 20 minutes just to get an order fixed. No more tacobell. Read more
