Absolutely horrible! Was rudely mocked and talked to with a loud-mouthed, sarcastic tone by a teenage female in the DT. Gave her... a piece of my mind (I'm a former Taco Bell manager)... and her high-as-a-kite manager took her side! Ate here all my life atthis Arby's, but NEVER AGAIN! Read more
Excellent fish, tasty and freshly cooked. First time in over 30 years I've eaten at this chain. Staff at this location are... friendly and helpful. The fish was very yummy! The customer service here is excellent. They forgot one of my items and when I called back- expecting to have to be demanding... and get an attitude, the manager was incredibly sweet and offered to replace my order the next day. Initially, I was not happy. Ordered lunch on my way to work only to find out they had forgotten my sandwich. I called and the... manager, Katie, was So sweet and apologetic. She replaced my mising items with no hassle. Another worker, Eric, was very kindand helpful as well, giving me no grief or making me wait. We all make mistakes and the service industry can be tough- it's howwe handle it that really matters. Katie handled this with grace and the others as well. 5 stars for customer service. :) Read more
