Tried going through the drive thru for some breakfast at about 10:35 this morning 9/18/22 and no one took my order after I... waited for about 5 minutes. This Taco Bell has gone down hill so bad. Me and my friends went through the drive through on Saturday evening at 7:20 pm,... ordered 3 dorito loco supreme tacos, nacho belle grande' and 2 drinks. Being the only ones in the drive-through, not only werethe tacos all broke, but the chips to the nachos, for the 2nd time, were broken up so bad, like it was the end of the bag chips,I literally had to eat it with a fork. TOTALLY Maddening and Ridiculous. This Taco Bell needs to have better customer SERVICE orbetter yet, open up the lobby, so people can dine in. They literally messed up our whole order. My friend asked for no lettuce, but it was on everything. I asked for hard tacos, but... they were soft which I can't eat as I'm gf. The staff was nice, but I won't eat here again. Read more
My taco shells were busted AFTER prep, I literally opened my tacos which were all together in place but as I slid my finger... outside the shell it was crumbling around me, either they slapped my taco dropped my taco or stomped my taco, either way, I'mnot starting taco gate over it, I didn't handle this the wrong way, you did. Otherwise everything tasted fine, there was nocustomer service issue other than they were busy and not really taking the time to greet or thank. It's a drive thru, I expectmore but not a lot. The restaurant was nice and clean. But I am not used to going into a restaurant and having to order my food from a computer?... Then being asked how much gratuity I would like to add to my bill? There was zero customer service and I had to go up to thecounter and wait for an employee to come to the front of the restaurant so I could ask for things we needed with our meal. (suchas straws, napkins, extra sauce) I know this is just fast food, but I would have been better off using the drive-thru window.
