I love Chipotle, but the Rice was under cooked a had way too much cilantro. I had to correct the dude 3 separate times before he... put the wrong things on my order, and he obviously wasn't new. He also was slightly rude and acted like how dare I waist histime. Read more
I'll preface my review by saying I always use mobile ordering, however, this time they were not accepting mobile orders. It was... busy, so they were rushing everybody through, and being quite rude about it. This is why I prefer to order ahead and pickup.Also, I noticed the portions were quite a bit smaller than I have had in the past. I guess they got to cut costs somewhere. Read more
Same complaint as most other people on here, but I?d like to say. I have worked in the food service industry & still work in... customer service so I do understand how stressful this job can be. Food is great, I got in and out quick, and I?ve had greatexperiences here before. But today when I came in one of the people working to get the food ready (they have shoulder lengthhair with bleach dyed bottoms) was absolutely rude to me for no reason. I treat food service worker well, I make sure I know myorder before I?m up at the counter, I tip, and I am respectful/understanding. There was no reason for that worker to meet aquestion I had about the food with such hostility & I could tell it made their coworkers uncomfortable. I understand it isstressful, but I did nothing to you and to come in to get lunch during my break from my stressful CS job and have someone be sorude made me almost want to cry. Oh boy, do I have the urge to give 1 star. The thing is, the service is VERY VERY hit or miss. Sometimes, it?s amazing.... Sometimes, it makes me want to scream. There are certain folks here that really ruin for the ones that work exceptionally hard.So, lots of reviews have conflicting information on this and that?s why. I?ve also never seen someone that appears to be amanager to see what we see when service is poor, which is really unfortunate. At the same time, chipotle as a company has been adisaster over the past two years, somewhat for obvious reasons. This particular chipotle is generally the one that gets a lot ofthe overflow because a lot of other chipotles are not open, so I have some understanding there.
