Just stopped by for a bowl of soup on a cold night. I love the cheddar and broccoli soup?. But would it have killed them to put... one more ladle into the ?bowl?? Next time, I?ll get it from Safeway and heat it myself. Cheaper, and I get more soup. For$8.79, just fill the bowl? Read more
This is the Napa chicken sandwich and mocha I received. You can see how much coffee is missing as well as the chicken salad -... ummm where is it?? We were stuck in the drive-thru line for about 45 minutes to an hour - no exaggeration. We couldn't turnaround and then this was the meal we received. Utter failure for this visit. Ordered a small Mac and Cheese. $7 (mind you, not fresh, they warm up premade frozen Mac). Come home, and find out the little... cup is HALF FULL!! $7 and NOT EVEN 7 FREAKING SPOONS of the fake Mac.... and they didn't even have any bread to include.$7!!! Great food, counter service prompt and cordial. Restaurant looked a little disheveled and there were many tables uncleaned. ... Witnessed one staff member stand at pick up counter 'chatting' almost the entire time we were there. A little more attention todetail would go a long way. Read more

Well, I regret my order here and I also regret getting delivery. The broccoli florets were black where they were cut (indicating... the beginning stages of rot) and the teriyaki warm bowl featured the worst trimmed chicken I?ve ever had in a meal.
